With the development of our country civil aviation of carrying trade, the demand of terrace car increases quickly. Developing the new terrace car and replace the import has practical significance and economical effect. Make good use of the forerunner's virtual designing method,analyzes the cylinder loader Meticulous,Propping arm and its strength of connecting the stalk,modal frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes, Making kinetic analysis of the terrace car, then optimize, and finally get the digitized model demanded in function. and the virtual design of dyadic platform is completed.The ADAMS software is applied to the kinetic analysis on dyadic platform of PEB7LMH 7 tons type analyzes the loader. In static's using the ANSYS software, carries out Maximal location wielding, builds the scissors fork organization finite element method model, carry out analysis on scissors fork organization intensity with finite element method.The finite element analysis software is applied to the modal analysis of the scissors assembly hydraulic cylinder loader. The preceding 5 steps modal frequencies and the corresponding vibration modes of the winder are calculated, it provides the theory for the design and application .The data calculated by the software has a higher accuracy, which provides a new method for the modal analysis.The whole research work concentrates on the exploration and application of cylinder loader design and analysis.
