RFID is the abbreviation of "Radio Frequency Identification" initials, it's a non-contact automatic identification technology, it through the RF signal to identify the target automatic and gain the relevant data, identification work without manual intervention, as a wireless version of bar codes, RFID technology has advantages of waterproof , electromagnetic radiation release, high temperatures endure, long life, long read range, can be encryption, huge data storage capacity ,more easily to change information storage advantages of its applications will retail, logistics, and other industries as a result of revolutionary changes. Therefore research and improve the performance of the transponder RF front-end circuit will be a very critical and important significance. In this paper, we mainly reseach the tag's rectifier system based on the ISO / IEC 18000-6B standard for the UHF (915MHz) RFID, and because of the importance of antennas, the RFID tag antenna is also reseached as a indispensable important part of the rectifier system, we study their performance parameters discussed with chip design and application requirements of the RFID tag. Using ADS Momentum as antenna design simulation tools, and the antenna is realized through PCB concrete , test results indicated that the directional ,gain, impedance and bandwidth of the antenna are to meet design requirements, but it still needs to be further optimized to meet the application requirements.Chip analog front-end rectifier system including matching network, backscatter circuit, rectifier and bandgap etc. Its role is to gain energy from the electromagnetic field and transform to DC voltage, supply power for the other modules, so the conversion efficiency and voltage stability to be the study key. The Cadence Specter is used as the design and simulation tool, and finally produced with Chartered 0.35μm EEPROM process, and the various modules were tested, the test results show that the working state of the various modules are good, meet the design requirements of the target, and the overall test results show that the label already has the ablilty to communication with the reader, so the design have industry prospect.
