As a type of beginning automatic system,Radio Frequency Identification(RFID) is one of the most important and revolutionary technology in 21 century. It based on radio frequency signals in the space coupling of the electromagnetic field theory and transmission characteristics, through a wireless signal two-way communication, automatically identify the object and extract relevant information.RFID system is divided into low-frequency,high-frequency, UHF and microwave band. At present the most optimistic about the future ultra-high frequency band is the largest commercial market band, it is also the most difficult band to achieve. RFID can be divided into active and passive system, the main concern of this paper is the technological research about UHF passive RFID tag.In the design of UHF passive tag,as a important component of the entire RFID system, antenna and the RF matching circuit decide the actual availability and RW distance. This paper based on ISO/IEC 18000-6B standard and do the research about UHF(915MHz) Passive RFID power generated module. This include the Antenna,RF matching circuit and Rectifier&Regulator circuit. We use ADS Momentum to do antenna design. Designing the standard dipole antenna, performance optimization dipole antenna and bending(size optimization) dipole antenna. with the chip bonding test, the results showed that the direction, gain, impedance and bandwidth of antenna all meet the design requirements. The optimization dipole antenna can work in about three meters, but also need for future optimize to meet the application requirements. For the RF matching network, this paper take L type matching network and creationary devise to put antenna autoeciousness inductance in this matching network.Using the capacitance of Back Scatter for the CM of network. The power circuit about analog front-end chip include rectifier circuit, whose rose is to get energy from the field and into a DC voltage, to supply the voltage for other modules. With the Cadence Spectre simulation tool, using 0.35 EEPROM technology for this tape out. The result shows that the chip can work normally with the antenna and have the ability to communication with the reader.
