With the growing importance attached to English listening and speaking ability and the continuous development of modern educational technology, numerous English listening and speaking software came forth and found wide application. However, part of such software is also the mix of crude production, poor quality software. This research attempts to develop an effective evaluation indicator system aimed at integrated listening and speaking software at basic English conversation level in order to provide reference to English teachers and learners when choosing software, to provide effective feedback to software developers and ultimately promote the overall improvement of English listening and speaking software quality. Introduction part points out the practical significance of this study. Chapter I of this paper elaborates on the background of this research. Chapter II introduces the theories related to instructional software evaluation. Chapter III defines the evaluation object of this study and elaborates the specific design process of evaluation indicator system using expert advice averaging method. Chapter IV conducts a comparative study to test and verify the evaluation indicator system. Conclusion part concludes that the evaluation indicator system proposed in this paper is scientific and feasible, and points out the limitations of this study and the proposal for further study. |
