With the development of information technology and the growing of user demands, embedded systems gradually go into all aspects of national product. Embedded Systems, together with the communications technology and network technology, has greatly enhanced the flexibility and intelligence of the networking and communications equipment. On this basis, the embedded technology applied to the monitoring and control equipment, will no doubt strengthen the ability of communication, interaction and data-processing and expand its application field.LXI bus is the auto-testing system bus after the GPIB, VXI, PXI bus, and is suitable for the local area network formation of the scope of the testing system. It is widely used Ethernet technology as basis, to synchronize the clock and trigger functions, network discovery mechanism, network configuration features and Web interface, has become the standard bus in the field of the network monitoring and control instruments.This paper realizes the embedded software systems development based on 32-bit embedded system bus and LXI C Class instruments. The equipment uses Samsung's ARM9 S3C2410 as the core platform, with a wealth of system resources, including the S3C2410 process, high-resolution touch-screen interactive devices, USB interface, 100M Ethernet, VGA, audio interface and so on, can meet a variety of instruments and meters interactive operation, storage and communications. This article realizes multi-functional module board and LXI C Class interface software support in the platform, and realizes LXI user interface software of multi-function devices based on the current 32-bit embedded systems.This article discusses and achieves the software architecture program of the multi-functional equipment, run the Linux operating system in the embedded system platform. Achieve the reading, writing data and controlling operations on the 6 and a half DVM module, the frequency of high-precision measurement modules and data acquisition modules through the bottom drive and constitute multi-functional equipment. In accordance with the LXI C specification of equipment, the article achieves LXI interface protocols and Web servers using the embedded platform on the LAN interface. This article supports the touch screen and standard USB input device, graphical man-machine interactive interface.
