The electrical performance of the antenna is affected by the statics and dynamics properties of the antenna structure, whereas the former directly effects on whether the radar can work normally or not. Therefore it is much concerned by the designers on how to design the structure of antenna reasonably.Based on the finite element methods, the theory of stochastic wind and the theory of buckling analysis, the finite element model of the meter-wave antenna is established, and the static analysis, the dynamic analysis and the buckling analysis of the structure are carried out using project software in order to check the stiffness and intensity of the frame, and then, some suggestions are put forward and validated. On the area of finite element modeling, how to build the finite element model of the key part is discussed. On the area of structural analysis, the displacement, stress and stability responses of the structure on given wind load are mainly analyzed; the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the antenna are also given. Finally, in allusion to the weakness of the model, intensive designs are done and their effectiveness is verifid. The stiffness, intensity and stability of the antenna on given load are validated in this study, and effective ways to improving the performance of the antenna structure are found, which provide a basis for the further optimization design. The data given in this paper can be used as a reference for similar studying, which has a certain value of project application.
