Antenna structure, as a main body of antenna, plays a very important role on ensuring the whole antenna electrical performance. In this thesis, the antenna structure design of radar, static and dynamic finite element analysis, antenna structure optimization are researched. The main work and achievements are summarized as follows:1,The basic theory of antenna structure design is introduced and several kinds of antenna structure of radar in common use are summarized. The guidelines and methods in antenna structure design are also explained.2,One kind of radar array antenna structure is designed. The calculation method of the main external load (wind load) is presented. According to the characteristic of the structure, working type, technical parameters and the load characteristics, a finite element analysis model is established. Besides, some load cases for calculation are given.3,With MSC.Patran/Nastran, the static response, mode and transient response of the antenna structure are analyzed. The deformation and stress are obtained in all kinds of load cases. The result shows that the stiffness and intensity satisfy the design requirements.4,According to the analysis result, some cross-section parameters of some beam elements of the antenna structure are optimized. The deformation of optimized structure is measured when the antenna is horizontally placed, which shows good agreement with the results of the finite element method in such load case.The research methods in this thesis are helpful for design, analysis and manufacture of similar large-scale radar antenna structure.
