The antenna is applied in many areas, such as communication, broadcasting, TV, radar, navigation, electron, remote sensing and chronometer. The antenna has something requisition with special characteristics. Therefore it is much concerned by the project workers on how to design the structure of antenna accurately.The structural analyse of the antenna is mostly about the mechanics. In this study, the static and the dynamic analysis of the structure of the antenna were carried out using a finite element analysis software in order to check the intensity of the frame and the response of the stand-alone, and then, some suggestions were put forward . The natural characteristic analysis is very important. Natural characteristic analysis not only verifies whether the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the antenna are reasonable or not, but also is the base of the structural response analysis, fatigue resistivity computing and the other dynamics problems.Presently the finite element analysis has been widely used in antenna, but it is an important matter to build up correct finite element model after structure designed. In this study, the technique of building up the finite element model of the antenna is narrated particularly, and the manager of the beehive board material is important in the course. After building up the model, the stress distributing and the response were computed in various conditions, and the dynamic analysis concluding the sinusoidal libration and the concussion is especially important.The intensity of the satellite antenna was validated in this study, the result of the analysis figured out the ways of improving the natural frequencies. Some suggestions also presented to help further modification of the frame, which could improve its performance. The data and model given in this paper could be used in similar studying satellite system or as a reference for such work.
