Design And Implementation Of On-line Tax Declaretion System

On-line tax declaration is one of the electronic declaration ways refers to the taxpayer with use the computer, the Internet and so on advanced method, to realize the active of paying taxes. It raised the declaration efficiency and quality, reduced the tax revenue cost.This article first has studied some theory technical knowledge which uses in on-line tax declaration system, analyzed the major function demand and the performance demand of on-line tax declaration system, described the operation flow of on-line tax declaration, and given the system's work flow. According to the design objective and principle of on-line tax declaration system, selected the most popular three structure method, has designed a set of on-line tax payment declaration system architecture model which based on the J2EE, used the object-oriented unified model language to carry on the detailed design of a part of function module. Used XML to standardize the data interface, and describes the declaration data by the XML, to solve the data format unification question in on-line tax declaration process. Analyzed the on-line tax declaration system's information security, then designed a set of security system which based on the PKI authentication, in order to guarantee the data's integrity, confidentiality and un-denying.Now, this system has been in test using. Its development and realized has raised the tax revenue computerization level, promoted the electronic tax affairs'development.
