| With China’s foreign economic and trade market becoming more prosperous,China’s customs supervision on import and export trade is becoming more and more strict.In the process of the development of foreign trade enterprises,the volume of business continues to increase,and the data of customs declaration are also increasing.The workload of customs declaration is increasingly heavy.At present,foreign trade enterprises can upload custom declaration message files on the "integration through" platform,and quickly complete the customs declaration.However,the declaration message structure is complex,and the foreign trade enterprises more customs data every time,complete the customs data packets generated artificial is not realistic,so I need a customs data message management system to support foreign trade enterprises generated in accordance with customs XML message specification.According to the business characteristics of "integrated through" Declaration message and the process of customs declaration of foreign trade companies,this paper mainly expounds the design and implementation of customs declaration data message management system in line with the business situation of foreign trade enterprises.First,collect the field requirement,in foreign trade enterprises,to obtain the overall system requirements: the completion of a Excel batch file upload through the customs data,generated with XML message file declaration platform specification,and to adapt to change and expand the message structure.Then,the system is confirmed using B/S architecture,combining the three layer framework of LINQ,.NET technology,SQL Server database for environment construction.Secondly,through the summary of the problems in the investigation and the analysis of the business process of enterprise customs declaration,complete the overall requirements analysis of the customs data message management system,divide the function modules and divide the roles.The customs data message management system includes message structure management,data management,message generation,analysis and management,the receipt of user management,personal settings six main modules,respectively,completed the generated message structure creation and modification,the important data in the process of customs management,customs declaration and bulk import data file message receipt results;analysis and user authorization management functions.In order to complete the core module of the system,the content of the message on the customs study and careful analysis,the structure of the customs declaration message;XML: Data Set to XML data transmission technology to realize data conversion,the content of the message LINQ to XML message to realize logic,operation method,finally completed the design and implementation of core function.After the implementation of the system,the function and performance test of the customs data message management system are tested.According to the test results of the test case,the system has achieved the desired goal.After this system is on the line of foreign trade enterprises,the staff will submit Excle files to upload the batch data.After completing the data selection,they can quickly and easily realize the generation of the customs declaration message.When the message structure is changed or expanded,the message of the new structure can be generated quickly after the administrator is finished setting and configuring.This system can improve the work efficiency of foreign trade enterprise staff,and create higher income for enterprises.When the system is perfect,you can use the method of calling the third party data acquisition file to complete the process of data collection,in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of customs data import. |
