Research And Realization Of Social Security Declaration System Based On PKI Techonlogy

With the great importance attached to information technology by labor and social security departments as well as constantly improved social security information technology,social insurance system has been updated.However,the enterprise reporting system still cannot keep pace with these technology since many businesses still use the original hardcopy declaration system.Therefore,it is urgent and indispensable to establish a set of Internet-based social security reporting system.Public Key Infrastructure(PKI)technology is currently the most widely used network security technology,which is widely applied to e-government,e-commerce and other Internet security field.PKI technology can not only carry out the necessary identification of enterprises,but also verify the integrity and reliability of the data declared by the enterprise through using the digital signature technology.Besides,it can guarantee that the declaration information is undeniable as well.From a legal point of view,electronic signatures protect the interest of all signers who use the data.The main contents of this paper are as follows:discussion of the purpose and significance of the social security reporting system based on PKI technology;in-depth understanding of the related technologies needed to implement the system,especially PKI technology and cryptographic algorithm knowledge;detailed analysis of functional and nonfunctional requirements of the system;the realization of online declarations,information queries and printing of various certificates;detailed testing of the completed system to ensure that the system is normal,stable and reliable in performance.The system adopts the currently popular MVC design pattern,uses Struts,Spring,Ibatis technology to realize the core idea of MVC,and further separates the business logic and data persistently as well as independently.Using this technology framework to develop social security reporting system,its high reliability,expandability and good maintainability can be achieved.This essay,in detail,illustrates the designs,technological principles and implementation methods of various parts when using J2EE technology and PKI technology to build the system.The design of the system fully meet the needs of information interactive exchange between enterprises and social security departments.On one hand,apart from providing insurance information,social security organizations can easily sent notifications and announcements to enterprises.On the other hand,enterprises can declare a variety of business and inquire information conveniently.Being highly practical and targeted,the PKI technology-based social security reporting system fully meet the security needs of the system.
