The Research On The Development Of Online Tax Declaration System Based On Struts

This paper is proposed for the design and implement of the on-line tax declaration system.Along with the construction and development of the golden tax project, the loss of national tax has been greatly reduced. As the important state institutions of the tax department, the daily work, the tax declaration and so on getting started on the network will largely optimize procedures and improve efficiency by using advanced computer and network technology.The on-line tax declaration that provide the high-quality service to taxpayers, has already become the important concern of the current information-based development of the taxation.Firstly, with the analysis and study of the current condition that tax informationization both on home and abroad , this paper point out the problems existed at information-based construction of tax, and give the corresponding solutions to solve these problems. Secondly, this paper emphasizes the relevant technical knowledge used in the development system. In order to guarantee the security of online business and the authenticity of the two sides, the system apply PKI / CA technology. meanwhile, solving a technical problem for some big companies which own a lot of employees by the way of Offline declaration. Thirdly, with the business processes of on-line tax declaration system, this paper emphasize information process and methods, and put forward business model of on-line tax declaration system. According to the system business model, it design the architecture and function structure of the system. Finally, this system adopt the three-tier structure of J2EE and the inner and outer network physical exchange technology to realize the tax business operation and circulation.The result of the practice showed that this system can help taxpayers to easily accomplish tax declaration at home, improve the efficiency of taxpayers and the tax department, reduce the cost of collection, and come to the result as expected.
