Electronics Manufacturing Material E-declaration Designing

Since Chinese government open its market to the world,more and more foreign company build their factory in China,it has become an important part of the business of the company,its business in China is also going to a new height with the rapid development of Chinese economy,the number of the products materials which required for processing is increasing and has almost reached a thousand kinds of semiconductor and components.Therefore,after the commercial assessment,the company decided to develop a set of suitable system according to their own business process of material import and export declaration,to improve the efficiency of material import and export customs declaration,and reduce the error rate,and make the material declaration information sharing in multi-system.After the systematic commercial investigation,this thesis focuses on the research and development of the system.1.Through the comprehensive description and analysis of the project background and the development of customs declaration management system at home and abroad,it points out the direction and target for the research and development.2.Through the elaboration,comparison and analysis of the mainstream computer technology,the C#,.NET,C/S structure and database technology which will be used in this research and development,the technology was defined which provides the technical basis for the system design.3.Through the collection and analysis of customer requirements,the function of the system will be defined.4.Combined with the business process and the actual work in the demand analysis,the definition of software framework determined for the customs and TAX free management system,it will be a system of three subsystems by the daily closing and the corresponding modules and sub-modules,and data processing and data sharing by using database technology.5.Carry on the detailed function research and development to each subsystem,and carry on the comprehensive test to the whole system after the module and the subsystem are implemented.Through the research and design of this thesis,the system has been implemented rapidly in the company.All the import and export materials management has been changed from the manual management to the electronic management.The system makes the declaration form more clear and more accurate,the material usage tracking in real time,the security of data has been greatly improved,and the work efficiency of material management has also been greatly improved.
