Research And Implementation Of Distance Teaching Administration System Based On Business Rules

As the effective medium of teaching resources and other teaching information, the teaching administration system has been at the core of Distance Education in TV And Broadcast University, which creates a good exchange environment, learning and administration environment for teachers and students. The conflicts taken by eight years' learning validity in teaching administration have been more and more obviously. With the further development of information technology, the requirements of teaching administration system in open and distance education are also further enhanced. The reform and construction of teaching administration system will impact on open education profoundly. Therefore, this paper claimed the research and implementation of distance teaching administration system based on business rules. The subject of this study can further improve the quality of open and distance education in TV and broadcast university.First of all, this paper introduced the history of development of distance education, the general situation of distance education and the teaching administraion. And then the meaning of teaching administration was presented. The second section of this paper states the principles and theory of distance teaching administration, and addressed the modle and structure of teaching administration system based on the business rules. This paper also analyzed several key technologies adopted in distance teaching administration system. Finally, this paper designed and implemented the major function modle of long-distance teaching administration system, and also concluded the problems of this system.After three years' exploration of teaching administration system in TV and broadcast university, the general design of long distance teaching administration system which is based on business rules has been finished. However, there are still many issues to be worthy of further study, such as the construction of one-stop teaching platform, the further improvement of database and the standardization of platform database.
