This text will cover systematic study on the teleeducation system based on web and takes《Computer Network》as an example to develop and carry out. First of all the design and development of teleeducation system will be presented in this text. Then base on web mode, JSP Language and MySQL database will be used to develop teleeducation system according to《Computer Network》. Some main technical matters in the process of system development will be analyzed, including security problem, streaming groupbroadcast and so on, meanwhile, the basic approach to solve the problems will be put forward.Chapter I will introduce the feature of this issue and appliance background and analyze the necessity and feasibility of teleeducation system development.Education career at home and broad so far are being developed toward the trend of whole-people education and lifelong education. That created huge market space for teleeducation system development. The overgrowth of Web technic and equipment established substantial technical foundation for it. Teleeducation system approximately consists of several parts, such as teaching content system, fictitious test system. The system developed in this text will be formed accoding to that pattern.Chapter II will introduce the development tool and relavent technic of teleeducation system.Currently teleeducation system mostly bases on B/S pattern. Client and server alternate through browser, using JSP standard of dynamic web technic with strong function to develop appliance system and utilizing MySQL to stock huge data in background. Streaming uses two ways, unicast and multicase. Unicast has to setup a single data channel between client and media server, every user sends requirement to media server respectively. Media server sends data copy to every user, which occupies more bandwidth and resource. Multicase is one to multiple connections, that means multiple clients can receive the same streaming in order to save bandwidth and resource.Chapter III Analysis on requirement of teleeducation system developmentUsers usually hope to get shared information relavent with course from teleeducation system, enable to fulfil the test through fictitious test system and watch teaching video smoothly in order to discuss with teachers to the questions.As for the course《Computer Network》which polytechnic sets up, in teleeducation analysis on requirement has to be done accoding to students charactoristic and put the course basic information inside so that users can understand clearly. Using data share to provide students information download. Achieving the positive teaching environment by ordering the course on line and excellent teachers' teaching videos. At the same time teachers and students could use course BBS as communicate plat form to discuss. Students may make specific evaluation to their study.Chapter IV Chapter IV Introduction of teleeducation design and achievement.Accoding to Chapter III, this chapter will make a general design of this system, which will be divided into four sub-systems, basic information, information download, teaching video and course BBS sub-system, totally eleven patterns. Moreover sub-systems function and structure will be analyzed.Five data forms will be designed in system database, which are going to describe the relationship among them and the data connection by JDBC. Because in programme database operation will be used often, JavaBean will be created to achieve databasepool class and its constructor, so that this system can be used anytime.The course BBS system consist of many patterns. Guests and administrator will use different patterns to log on. Guests could browse, post and reply through the basic operation pattern. Administrator can manage guests information and BBS through information and user administrate patterns.Teaching video system adopts Microsoft Window Media solution, which can provide users order and groupbroadcast service.To enhance the security of teleeducation system, "account + password " will be used. Furthermore the limit of logging on will be setup. For the same user, if three times logging on failed, the system will execute error transaction.Chapter V. Sum-up and ProspectAfter argumentation and test, the Main problems have been almost solved, which happened in the process of development of《Computer Network》. Therein, course BBS sub-system and teaching video sub-system have been already applied in《Computer Network》during 2007-2008 the second semester. Feed back from students were every expected.This system could also be used in other courses. In the future to perfect this system function would be achieved by trying development of keywords technic.
