Based On B / S Structure Of Higher Vocational Colleges Teaching Planning System

Teaching task plan is the basic management document, which used to implement general teaching activities. There are some disadvantages in traditional handwork, therefore it is worthwhie to design a web application system for teaching task plan. This paper takes an investigation on the procedures, methods and technologies of the project of WEB applied system in C # programming langrage based on UML technology and Microsoft.net platform. Our contributions are as follow.Firstly, business model is built by UML, which describes how to authorize the teaching task plan by manmade. The main procedures, major tasks, the functional requirement in the process of making teaching task plan are analyzed and defined. Secondly, based on the business model, the system model is built by UML again. The user's cases were created for each application requirement. The total system is divided into some sub systems. From the activity of the user's cases, the roles in the running system are identified, the function authority of every role has been confirmed. Thirdly, referring to the MVC program design model, the total scheme and configuration are described. The main database has been created; the functions of system have been described. We give the detailed design of software implementation and testing plans. Finally, the key technologies of the generation of Word document automatically is discussed detailly and the implemention techniques are proposed.Our software system has been implemented and run in practice. Software running test and experimental results show that our system is very performance in the functions of creating and compiling the teaching task plan,the function to control the flow for the teaching task plan check and approve,the function of automatically generating word document an so on.
