Computer Room Monitoring System Design Based On CAN Bus Technology

Along with the development of network communication technology,the production department gradually adopts the form of local area network to realize the management of network informationization and production intelligence of production units.Due to the complexity of the collection environment of the equipment room,the data acquisition system requires the function of ensuring the collection efficiency in real time and high efficiency.It can not only improve the intelligent function of the monitoring system,but also reduce the workload of the equipment room management personnel,and timely discover and eliminate the system equipment fault function.Therefore,it is very necessary to develop a safe and reliable computer room monitoring and management system with certain intelligence and real-time data collection.At present,there are many problems in the domestic computer room monitoring system.After analyzing the application situation of the computer room monitoring system,this paper designs the intelligent computer room monitoring system with the CAN bus as the communication base and the STM32 micro processor as the data processing center.The monitoring system of the computer room is composed of three.the field node module performs data processing through the microprocessor,realizes the data exchange function with other modules through the CAN communication interface;the collected data information is sent to the upper computer through the CAN network to the Ethernet network,and is in the upper computer Real-time data display and monitoring;control software realizes digital,networked and intelligent management of the entire computer room monitoring system the intelligent node module.The equipment room monitoring system can realize intelligent data collection,transmission and remote monitoring functions.The experimental test shows that the monitoring system of the equipment room has good stability and high system security,and has certain theoretical reference value and engineering application value.
