This paper mainly completes the research of the car bus technology and the implement of the angle over wheels'measuring equipment based on MCU. This paper analyses the car fieldbus mainly on the application of the CAN bus in automotive electronics field. Based on the study of CAN Bus, the special CAN controller and transceiver are used to construct a slaver node, then such nodes are attached to the bus to realize the communication between the slaver nodes of the CAN bus; and the microprocessor which integrates with CAN controller is used to construct a master control node, in order to achieve a CAN network communication applied in cars. At the same time, four-wheel alignment instrument, which is a kind of the angle over wheels'measuring equipment in the vehicle repair and maintenance industry, is studied and designed. And a new type of CCD image sensor four-wheel alignment instrument is researched and developed here, which resolves problems of low accuracy and slow speed in the current use. Finally, this paper proposes a new design for the 4-wheel alignment's CAN bus communication method, as well as how to achieve the closed-loop control of the 4-wheel alignment adjustment.
