In this thesis, some key techniques of Vibration system for scientific and educational use were studied both in theory and experimental way , including the analysis of the moving part, the design of the hardware system, the analysis of the control arithmetic.In chapter 1, the significance and aim of the research was presented. Firstly, the present research status and tendency of vibration tables at home and abroad was introduced. Then the meaning and the difficulty for designing vibration tables were pointed out. Finally, the main content of this dissertation was addressed.In chapter 2, some difficult problems in moving part-design and the way to deal with them were presented. Then the modeling of the moving part was built, whose dynamic characteristics was studied with theory of finite element.In chapter 3, we studied the control system which would realize the use of the software and power amplifier system which contains self protected module, appropriate hardware was also designed to meet vibration system's need.In chapter 4, we presented both software system which could realize fixed frequency control, sweep frequency control and random control and PID control arithmetic based on system identification, also the software system was designed.In chapter 5, the low frequency situation of the vibration was studied and another new type of control method was emphasized, also a lot of experiments in the low frequency-band were done.In chapter 6, the data which gained during the experiments was analyzed to support our viewpoint, we also made a summary for the whole thesis and further research work.
