In a TV-command-controlled system, the TV image signal captured by the television camera on the moving target is sent to the ground control platform by the wireless communication devices. The wireless television signal is processed and displayed on the monitor by the ground control platform. In order to achieve the most excellent shooting effects, the surface personnel can send wireless instructions, control the flight attitude of the moving target and the shooting angle of the television camera on the moving target and use the platform to meet the practical needs. A lot of similar systems have already been widely used in the business fields of European and American countries, and the TV-command-controlled system shows great advantages, which deserves further study and extension, especially in the application field of the aerial image and the monitoring of the dangerous area.On the base of the analysis and studies on the SR-676 TV-command-controlled system form Micro Bronc Inc, the basic definition and the basic construction of the system was discribed first. And the preliminary design scheme was confirmed based on the analysis of the system.Secondly, with the help of the user's manual, the hardware circuit of the encode module in the system was analysed and the interface signals were sampled and analysed. The function of the encode module was clearly got from the conclusion of the analysis. The final design scheme was confirmed.Thirdly, the hardware design of the encode module was described in detail. The design was based on the thought of EMI, EMC and the reference of many mature designs. The circuit was composed of three parts: the power part, the signal conditioning part and the encode function implement part.The nstruction encoding and the function of the PCM is completed by the popular technology of the Field Programmable Gate Array. And the program is written by Verilog HDL language. The idea of modularization design was also included in the design.Finally, to implement the intellectualized test of the encode module, it is on the platform built by the Industrial Control Computer and the industrial control card with the PCI interface that the test system is based. The platform contains friendly user interface, and can test the encoding module in the industrial environment. At the same time, the platform can help users to loacte trouble quickly and remove it as well.
