With the rapid and steady development of informatization, Industrial Control System has updated from closed and isolated system to interconnected IT system. Industrial Control System has evolved into an open, interconnected, common and standardized information system. At the same time, the virus, Trojan Horse, illegal intrusion and denial of service attacks that threaten conventional IT information systems have also spread to Industrial Control System, which directly influences the security of national critical infrastructure. Therefore, to enhance the protection ability of Industrial Control System, deploying information security products into Industrial Control System has become an important measure.Since the peculiarity requirements of communication protocols for Industrial Control System, conventional testing tools or techniques have not fit to information security products of Industrial Control System. In this paper, a typical testing platform for Industrial Control System was designed and a matching testing software based on optimized Fuzzing framework was developed, which enables the security function testing and abnormal protocol filtering for information security products of Industrial Control System. Furthermore, by testing actual products with the developed software, the actual effects were verified, and a score calculation method for the testing actual products was given.
