With the development of industrial CT technology, industrial CT applications become wider, and in some emerging applications are playing an increasingly important role at the same time, new applications for industrial CT system has put forward higher requirements, which would require the Industrial CT higher accuracy, higher efficiency, smaller size, lower cost, mobile more convenient, more easily upgraded. This requires a breakthrough in the current industrial CT subsystems way to achieve this, a comprehensive re-engineering. As industrial CT one of the three key technical control system, the performance will directly affect the performance of industrial CT system.This paper presents a ARM-based embedded processors, field programmable gate arrays FPGA embedded Linux operating system and the industrial CT embedded control programme. The ARM processor as application management, responsible for fault diagnosis, data transmission, scanning orders immediately, such as the implementation of directives according to Motion Control of Industrial CT Motion Controller customized FPGA, receiving ARM implementation of the order and explained through the drive to the achievement of specific movement.Centering on this programme, our analysis and design of industrial embedded control systems CT ARM subsystem, and FPGA subsystem includes serial ports, and other external interface circuit; in the next Quartus II integrated development environment for the FPGA design, and discussed the motion controller in the realization of several key modules. Completed the hardware platform design, we discussed the design of embedded cross-development model, and structures embedded cross-development environment; Boot loader of the start-up process, and select ppcboot as Boot loader, and the target hardware platform boot code amended and transplantation; discussed the embedded Linux operating system start-up process, combined with the Linux operating system on the target platform for the distribution and transplantation; created based on the ramdisk the root file system and JFFS2 file system; Next, the discussion focused on character device driver framework, the development of the motion controller EP1C6 drivers; industrial CT analysis of the structure and control procedures for the implementation of processes, and industrial CT control system module made several more detailed analysis shows that. The final paper discussed the circuit design of the need to pay attention to several issues, the design of embedded control systems, including hardware, software and the Linux kernel debugging, and industrial CT embedded control system functionality and performance for a comprehensive test.
