基于MQX的工控平台设计Along with the high development of integrated circuit and computer technology, auto control has been more and more applied in automatic production in all lines, thus the needs to IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) are steadily on the increase proving that its prospective will be more expansive in the future. By bringing in intellectual automatic control system in production facilities, efficiency will be improved to a large extent, the needs to labor forces will be less and also more added values can be expected. This design is aimed at designing a novel IPC (Industrial Personal Computer) that is able to spread to productions with relatively low cost, which helps improve efficiency, create more value. Therefore, such a design could bring tremendous research signification and huge business value.Based upon different demands of IPC functions in different situations, the article has a comprehensive weighing. By adopting MCF52259 of Coldfire series designed by Freescale semiconductor as main processor and coordinating with real-time system MQX to fully use every type of protective device, an industrial control platform with abundant applications but can easily do secondary development has been produced successfully. Thanks to its rich hardware functions and flexible software designs, such a platform is bound to be applied in industries spot and also is easy to do development and application with lower cost after clipping.Firstly, hardware design of industrial control platform should be finished. The main processor is Coldfire series chips with a long history and excellent performance, and allow for all kinds of negative factors probably met in applications, peripheral interface circuit, fully protecting devices and platform, is capable to improve its anti-jamming ability. Otherwise, the design considers best about function completeness, for example, the realization of CAN, Ethernet or other interface circuit often used by most of industrial fields, supporting 7 inch 256 color LCD panel interface board, and leaving a mass of GPIO to expand further platform functions.The second one is platform software design which is also the core work of this design. On the one hand, on the basis of real-time system MQX in which develops every module drivers to strive to usability and reliability in order to perform secondary developing; On the other hand, the support of Modbus will be added in the MQL so as to meet the needs of arranging this platform fast to relative network control. Meanwhile, it succeeds in the realization of supporting FAT file system and is convenient to use SD card to store mass data.
