Analysis And Planning Of Supply Chain Management Data Environment For Personal Computer Assembly Industry

In the global integration market competition environment, more and more enterprises start to realize the importance of supply chain management, and start using the supply chain management to enhance the enterprise competitive power. The effective supply chain operation needs to have the supply chain data support. This article by the personal computer assembly enterprise case studied the data scope of SCM and the data warehouse technology, planned and established the supply chain management data warehouse, and provided the data support for the enterprise decision-making management.The paper first presented the supply chain management question which faced to the personal computer assembly enterprise, and proved this research topic is necessary. In this foundation, the paper studied the domestic and foreign development present situation of supply chain management and data warehouse technology, which provided the theory instruction for this topic. After analysis of the personal computer assembly enterprise's supply chain network and the core business flow, the data content which the supply chain management involves was abstracted, and the SCM data model was proposed. Based on the enterprise demand analysis, the of the entire enterprise's global data warehouse platform was planned, and the detailed design to the data warehouse was carried out. After the comparison of many kinds of data warehouse platform, f the software product suited the enterprise present situation was chosen. Finally, the data warehouse supporting supply chain management was established.Based on the plans and the establishment data warehouse by this research topic a series of reports applications were developed , and the analysis to the practical application condition and the implementation effect were carried out. At present, this system is already used in the enterprise, and will be promoted and applied to other domains.
