Data Mining Application For Supply Chain Management

Recent years, the information technology with the huge promote power is changing society's production and the people's life styles. The function of technical method has already got smaller to enhance the entire product competitive power as an Enterprise. In order to excavate and strengthen the potential to enterprise development, people started to change attention from the interior production to entire life cycle of the supply link and the entire supply chain system. Therefore, supply chain management is very important to enhance the enterprise comprehensive competitive power.The data mining as the present research topic in the information field and the data warehouse technology, which obtained experts and scholar's attentions. They had already applied it in the management domain, the significance is profound and data mining was considered the technology with the best development prospect in the supply chain management.This paper made data mining application research revolving the theory of supply chain management. The content started with the basic concept of supply chain management, introduced the structure composition of supply chain and summarized the basic thought of supply chain management. According to the data mining applied method and the correlation technology, the paper summarized the data mining application structural model. Based on these theories, the paper introduced the building pattern of the SCM data warehouse and constructed the SCM data mining system structure. It stood on the core enterprise and made the application research to the supplier and the customer. In order to achieve the coordination of supply chain management, the paper applied fuzzy data mining technology to accomplish the choice of the supply chain cooperation partners. Finally the paper take the tobacco enterprise as an example, according to the current questions which the tobacco enterprise faces, it pointed out that supply chain management is necessity and built the tobacco enterprise's SCM multi-dimensional data warehouse. Taking the tobacco commercial enterprise as the basic point, the paper applied fuzzy data mining algorithm to complete the effective classification of tobacco industrial enterprises and established the strategic partnership between tobacco commercial enterprise and tobacco industrial enterprises.
