Research And Application On The All-in-One-Card Technology In Hospital

The All-in-One-Card system, a system engineering that depending on the automatic diagnosis technology and the radio frequency cards provides the convenience to people's life. It mainly has manifested the characteristic which a card is multipurpose and generalpurpose.In order to realizing the hospital to manage the patient's ID number efficiently, bringing the convenience for the patients and enhancing the efficiency in each link of the medical working, we introduce All-in-One-Card system to the Hospital Information System. We start from the demand of the hospital management for optimize the medical flow and of the patient to see a doctor. Through the demand analysis, system design, system realization and testing phrases, we have developed a series of software about the All-in-One-Card running on the Hospital Information System platform, including the foundation software, the application software and the inquiry software.The application of the All-in-One-Card in hospital simplifies the procedure that the patient to see a doctor, enhance the efficiency of the registration and charge, makes it convience for the patient to inquiry its own information. Specially after cooperating with the Chongqing Public E-card Center, the All-in-One-Card is promoted to the Public E-card platform. The patient can use the All-in-One-Card to pay for the outpatient service and inquire each kind of information from the Internet or by the city card self-service machines. It has effectively solved the problems in seeing a doctor.
