Design And Implementation Of Anhui Province NO.2 People's Hospital Medical Card System

With the rapid development of information technology and the deepening reform of medical care, it is significant to realize the complete informatization which will greatly improve the core competence of hospital as well as patient satisfaction. As an important part of hospital information system, medical card system runs through the whole process of diagnosis and treatment of patients. Its implementation and application is an important means for constructing digital hospital and improving satisfaction of patients.Base on the background, specific study of related literature at home and abroad, technical theory and research of practical application are carried out. This paper is devoted to designing a medical card system, which not only can greatly reduce waiting time, optimize the clinic experience, but also can improve the efficiency of medical service and satisfaction of patientsThe main contents of this paper are displayed as follows. Firstly, development background and application status at home and abroad are presented. At the same time, the development environment and database technology are also introduced minutely. Secondly, demand analysis, general design and detailed design for medical card system are completed after detailed analysis of hospital business process. Target and principle of system are put forward in this paper. More profoundly, technical architecture and function module of system are briefly introduced as well as the database structure. Finally, function development and software testing are realized in the system. The results showed that all the functions of the system work very well and it can meet the demand of our hospital business.
