Based The Development Of Non-contact Ic Card System Of Hospital Outpatient Management

This paper introduces the course of the exploitation , design and implementation of the hospital outpatient information system of based contactless IC Card (CICC). Presently, many medium-size or small hospitals haven't utilized information and network. Documents circulation, data transferring and information issuing now are still processed manually, so the management is not quite scientific, and the work efficiency is hard to improve.Based on the present condition, we can use the advanced techniques and measures to design a small or medium-size hospital system, which is universal and efficient. Then, this system can improve the management efficiency, provide the scientific measures to the manager and provide the valuable data to the doctor.Through the thorough understanding of the characteristic, functions and basic operation of the small and medium-size hospitals, we can analyse, deduce and summarize the results. We exploited the small and medium-size hospitals outpatient information system based on contactless IC card, which combines the hospital management measures, computer technology and RF technology.The paper mainly introduces the course of the exploitation of the hardware system, software system and each branch system. We use the contactless IC card to manage the patients. The paper introduces the design principles and realization of the reader. The reader communicates with the PC through PS/2 without the drive, so it can be the universally and easy utilized. We use the C/S frame to exploit the outpatient system. The paper also introduces the realization course of the outpatient register module, treatment module, pharmacy management module, charge management module, system management module, medical examination management module, patient inquiry module. Finally, the paper introduces the design and realization the database.
