Coal mine is one of the most important vitals of China's economy development, but the safety accidents of mine often occur and limit the improvement of productivity. Safety ensure of coal mining is always the hot research aspect. Nowadays the automatization and informatization of existing mine monitoring is in the low level. How to construct the productive, efficient and up-to-date mine becomes the ultimate way to change the undeveloped actuality.The accient safty supervision system mainly collect sensor's data, so the imformations it contain is limited and there is no communication between each system. By analyzing the demand on the modern mine safety inspecting system and the shortage of the system in existence, a way of mine safety inspecting system using commutation network and the information integration is posed. In this way, moving targets tracing and the mine disaster forecast are involved, which enlarge the object range of the safety inspected and fusing various aspect data.By the analyses above, design a integrated and network mine safety supervision system. This system achieves the information sampling in mine and field or long-distance control for the equipment by wireless thecnology and network. The moving targets such as person and locomotive tracing use wireless RF technology. By wireless communication between the wireless RF beaconing device and the personal or locomotion, the targets are located. On the aspect of data transferation, use the multi-network of 485 Bus and Ethernet. The underground parts use the multilayer 485 Bus structure for the complicated laneways of coal mine. For there is no standard 485 communication protocol, design a 485 protocol for the specific use in coal mine supervision system, which provide a solution for protocol standardzition. The datas from the underground is transfered by the gateway of 485 to Ethernet. The supervision center connects to the gateway in the floor sample, analyze, process and store the datum. The supervision application sofeware using C/S model and based on the GIS technology,.In this way, the software in the inspect center combine the inspect datum and the GIS information to straight and expediently inspect.At the same time, the paper makes use the fuzzy math integrated judge way to set the risk estimate model of mine fire damp explosion. The model is transfer the measured datum from the inspect system to the risk grade of fire damp explosion real-time. It overcomes the disadvantage of the other esatimate model and offer a reference to the similar real time risk estimate.The research of the integrated mine safety inspect system conduce to implement the whole inspect of the mine safety production. It provides a full-scale automatization and informatization mine inpsect system incluing the datum sample, the equipment control, the datum analysis and assistant decision-making for the corporation management and disaster succor.
