The existence of the system is universal,and it is inseparable from the idea of the system to study and solve problems.However,most models can only ensure good prediction accuracy in prediction analysis,do not have interpretability,and lack solutions to systematic problems and dynamic system simulation.Fuzzy Cognitive Map(FCM),from the perspective of human cognitive understanding and complex operational logic in the real world,integrates the high-precision prediction ability of neural network methods and the explanatory ability of fuzzy logic,and is used in complex system modeling.It has strong knowledge expression and reasoning ability in complex system modeling.FCM is closely related to neural network,graph theory and other fields.At the same time,it integrates fuzzy set theory,which can well model and simulate the system,making it applied in various fields.The traditional fuzzy cognitive map model is easy to be affected by cognitive limitations in the construction process.The factors selected to study a problem are usually not comprehensive,which will bring error loss and poor prediction effect in the subsequent prediction analysis.Therefore,this paper will focus on the structural design of fuzzy cognitive map under cognitive limitations,and analyze the impact of cognitive limitations on the prediction accuracy of fuzzy cognitive map;The traditional fuzzy cognitive map structure is improved,the multi-layer fuzzy cognitive map structure and adaptive mutation strategy are introduced,and the Enhancing Cognitive Structure Fuzzy Cognitive Map(ECFCM)is proposed.The EC-FCM prediction model is experimentally verified in bank credit risk control.The innovations of this paper are summarized as follows:1.We propose a prediction method of enhancing cognitive structure fuzzy cognitive map(EC-FCM).The limitation of cognition is universal.The lack of important concept nodes will have an adverse impact on the iterative reasoning of the system,and then affect the overall analysis and prediction accuracy of the model.This paper studies the fuzzy cognitive map under cognitive limitations,constructs the fuzzy cognitive map under cognitive limitations and complete,studies the impact of nodes with different importance on the accuracy of the system,and confirms the conclusion that cognitive limitations have an impact on the prediction of fuzzy cognitive map,and the lack of nodes with higher centrality has a greater impact on FCM.Secondly,we propose a enhanced cognitive structure expansion method of fuzzy cognitive map(EC-FCM)under cognitive limitations which improves the structure,fitting ability and evolutionary efficiency of genetic algorithm.Cognitive node x is introduced,multi-layer fuzzy cognitive map structure is constructed and adaptive mutation strategy is adopted to improve the prediction accuracy in practical application.2.We propose a bank credit risk control method based on enhanced fuzzy cognitive map.As a special financial enterprise,commercial banks take loans as one of its main profit means.How to correctly predict and control the generation of non-performing loans is an important issue to promote the development of banks and the stable operation of society.Because the fuzzy cognitive map has the ability to model,predict and make decisions on complex systems,this paper combines and applies the enhanced cognitive structure fuzzy cognitive map with the research direction of bank financial risk control,and puts forward the bank credit risk control method based on the enhanced fuzzy cognitive map,so as to improve the bank financial credit risk control ability and ensure the safety and feasibility of transactions.According to the research goal of this paper,a comparative experiment of limited cognition and complete cognition is designed to analyze the impact of cognitive limitations;The traditional fuzzy cognitive map structure is improved by introducing concept node expansion,multi-layer fuzzy cognitive map structure and adaptive mutation strategy,The Enhancing Cognitive Structure Fuzzy Cognitive Map(EC-FCM)is proposed.The experimental verification of EC-FCM in bank credit risk control shows that the complete cognitive structure improves the impact of cognitive limitations,improves the prediction accuracy and evolution speed of the model,and expands the research on the structure of fuzzy cognitive map.
