The grouting monitor system takes care regarding the grouting construction quality has the vital significance, but the traditional measurement and control system realization way generally only is to simple grouting hole carries on the monitor, is disadvantageous to the large-scale grouting construction .Then some new problems come out, such as uncertainty, diversity of information types, mass info and multi-functions .This promotes the development of grouting measurement and control system based on network.The dissertation aims at designing an grouting measurement and control system based on network which representing domestic advanced performance and possessing informationization, graphization, networkization through research and practice. In this system ,we combine the practically requirement with industry process control,adopting some technolog ,includeing 32-bit RISC key microprocessor technology, multi-channel and multi-parameter measurement technology, GPRS network communication technology, LCD display technology, large capability information storage and management technology. The work listed below is accomplished in this paper.First compared with all grouting system, the discussion based on ARM grouting system design proposal and it's characteristic. Then we had the scene on s3c2410 control center software and hardware design. The scene control center implement some hardware's driver, and implement includeing data acquisition, demonstration, input output connection, GPRS communication and other functions of the on-site control center software design . Finally has discussed on the long-distance monitor center computer intelligent realization and the monitor manages software the design and so on. The system achieved a centralized monitoring, one-stop supervision, and at last realized the full grouting process measurement and control.
