In recent years, with the continued use of solid state transmitters for the upgrading of the transmitters at broadcast and television transmitting station, the previous old management model has not met the requirements of the development,and not ensured to complete the safe transmitting task, conseqently,aiming to this situation, this thesis designs and implements a monitor system of transmitters at broadcast and television transmitting station to improve the situation.In this paper,first of all, discusses the hardwares of the system, describes the components of the system hardwares: transmitters, controller, and connections between them, highlighting the ARM-related contents and the communication links of the two main parts;With that, in order to facilitate the development and realization of the upper applications, the embedded ARM&Linux development platform is built, not only realizes the porting of U-Boot,embedded Linux operating system,the making of file system,and the development of some drivers that the whole system must need,but also,more importantly, does some researches on the real-time of ported embedded Linux operating system, and on this basis, adds new methods for real-time, adding the EDF scheduling policy and adopting the threaded interrupt make the ported Linux operating system become an embedded Linux realtime operating system, which provides reliable guarantee for the realization of realtime switching between transmitters in the upper applications;Then, in the applications part of the whole system, at first, the Qt / E that the applications need is constructed, and later, after completing the detailed design of the applications,the applications are realized according to the design,achieving two main monitoring functions of the whole system: realtime display of transmitters'parameters and realtime switching between transmitters.Finally, the conclusion part of the thesis summarizes on the work of this thesis, and makes prospects to the future research and development directions of the key technologies that the whole system used and what are needed to be further improved in the whole system.
