The Research And Development Of Refrigeration Product Design Management System

At present, refrigeration product design resources have been managed mainly depending on the traditional model, which deals with paper documents. The exploitation and use of product design resources grows slowly, which lead to the huge waste of resources, and even lost. As the rapid growth of resources, there emerge some problems in the course of product design, such as low designing efficiency, inconvenient searching files, difficult sharing data, and so on. In order to resolve the above issues, this paper analyzes the process of refrigeration product design, makes an overall division of system module, thus, puts forward the architecture of the system based on the theory of PDM, investigates project management module, document management module and product quotation management module to develop the refrigeration product design management system.In project management module, project operation management, project classified management and inquiry of the project have been mainly studied. Through analysis of the status of the project management, the model of project operation management is established by the human-computer combination to realize the paper documents and electronic documents synchronously archiving. The project classification tree which adopts encoding technology is built, thus, the project classification management is completed. Application of fuzzy query achieves the project quickly and reasonable search.In document management module, first of all, the system space is designed by the method of separation of the electronic cabinets and folder, and then the product structure model is built to relevancy between product design objects and documents on analysis for the production information, and on this basis, the functions design of this module is completed, including document classified management, document operations management, version management, and so on. Finally, the way of the documents shared access control ensures the consistency and integrity of data in the course of manipulation.In product quotation management module, through the analysis of the existing manual process, function modules of quotation management are divided, and the quotation process management is realized, which includes the managements for production and approval. In the production management, the focus is on the implementation technology of quotation automatic output. The system has test ran successfully in Dalian Refrigeration Company Limited. The running results indicate that the design data can be managed reasonably and effectively in the system. Thus, the work efficiency is improved, and the design cycle is shortened. Also, the system has good practicability and conveniences, and improves the company's responding ability to market and customer.
