Based on the comprehensive understanding of the domestic and overseas multi-needle marker of the status quo and development trends and problems, this paper describes the principle of marker, according to the existing mark expectation of users, the system used 32 MCU for expansion functions. It makes the whole system has a laser rangefinder, high-speed motor control, quick markers, and other functions to meet the user needs. Under the principle of step motor start and the index-down curve, the author designed achievement of a "ladder" index-shaped curve movements which is easy to realize. The arithmetic has a good expansibility and is simple to be used, it change the way of controlling of marking organ, the old system used telescopic valve to control the marking organ and the new system used step motor to control the marking organ, it not only took a greater speed upgrade to the new system, but also took advantages to the production line of assembly for steel factory. It is more efficient by using multiple needles marking algorithm compared with the traditional single-needle marking, and it achieves the request of marking time which the users most care about, and contributes to shorten the operating time of the entire production lines.This paper introduced hardware architecture and software systems of the seven needles aerodynamic marking machine in detail, and has rich experience in the production and testing of the extension board and the control board, the author has gone to Jiangxi province for installation and debugging the equipment. The system achieved several performances in the lead, such as marking time marking depth and so on, all these achievements have got the certificate of the country's scientific and technological departments, and the system have been delivered to users. The multiple needles marking algorithm not only can apply to single row marking, but also apply to multiple row marking, This paper has great reference value for updating the marking products industry and other industrial automation products.
