Pneumatic marking machine can control print needle to edit characters or graphicstrajectory,while controlling the high pressure gas high impact print needle to mark on thesurface of workpiece.Widely used in automobiles, motorcycles, and other important productsin the field of mechanical aids.In order to achieve the Tianjin institute of electric vehicles’srequirements which can both rotation and general plane marking,to compare several currentpneumatic marking machine control model, and to develop a pneumatic marking whichcontrol system is a combination of PC and MCU.PC mainly marking the completion of theinput file and path algorithm processing, marking the parameter settings and mark the filetransfer, PC software use VisualC++6.0as a development tool written in the Windows XPoperating system platform.Lower machine by the PIC18F family of microcontrollers, datamemory, drive circuit and other components,the function of PIC18is to receive tag files, andwith every stroke feature coordinates do interpolation arithmetic, and achieve therequirements which mark electric vehicle frame chassis number and VIN in different location.Rotatable marking is an innovative point of this article and the design is different frommarking machine seen in market.In the market,rotating marking machine is based on theworkpiece rotation, thus limit the target application scope, those relatively large fixedworkpiece was difficult marking on such marking machine.Design a workpiece itself does notmove while the needle can rotate along the workpiece marking machine pneumatic,solve theinstitute encountered because the electric car frame workpiece itself is too large to be labeledwith the existing problem of marking.The key to solving this problem is to stepper motor forrotating the workpiece original design on the needle driven rotary printing device, thecorresponding control program also made some changes.Another innovation in paper is the path optimization algorithm optimization,starting from thepneumatic marking processing and practical application, machining path optimization is putforward to study.For improving path optimization algorithm can suitable for thissystem,according to the graph theory to process path optimization problem boils down to thegeneralized traveling salesman problem, and optimize genetic algorithm to solve the travelingsalesman problem,with the Dijkstra algorithm to optimize the initial population,then duringthe rest of the genetic steps,it was proven by MATLAB that the optimized algorithm toimprove the machining efficiency and quality have good effect.
