The design and realization process of high power supply used in vanishing dust with soft switching technology is introduced in this thesis. This power supply can be used to protect the environment deteriorated increasingly. With the impendent requirement of the environment protected and the rapid development of power electronics technology, the high quality and high power density switch mode power supplies begin to be used widely.Such as small volume, higher efficiency, higher power factor, easy to be maintained and good reliability, it has good developing future. The smaller and the lighter is the developing tendency of device of modern power electronics. We know that increasing frequency can reduce volume and weight, but with the increasing frequency can cause much switching loss, restrict its development. This problem was solved by technology of soft switching. Now this technology was not well used in high power switching mode power supply. This thesis studies a new high frequency resonant type switch mode power supply used in vanishing dust. Compared with the traditional power supply used in vanishing dust, the supply introduced in this thesis employs higher switch frequency and becomes much smaller.The paper includes four sections.The basic theory of high-voltage power supply used in vanishing dust and the development of soft switching power supply are firstly introduced. Then this paper presents the actual meaning of the research and the main content.The second section is designing of the high power supply used in used in vanishing dust. This section includes designing of main circuit, auxiliary power, EMI circuit, it also analyses the main characteristics of IGBT, especially the drive characteristics and it also brings forward the functions of relevant drive circuit. The power supply use the series resonant inverter as main circuit topology, and the control method is phase shifted which implements the soft switching.Chapter 3 analyses the structure of series resonant inverter, its advantages and designing methods. This paper also compares the differences of the current-fed converter and the voltage-fed converter used in this power supply, and give a special focus on the voltage-feed converter .These content is the base of all the chapters, and it is the guideline of the project that I did.The last section includes the results of simulation, and the analysis of the results of simulation. Simulations with software MATLAB are carried out to validate the aforementioned analysis and supervise the experiment. The results show that the correctness of the above mentioned analysis is verified.
