Switched-mode power supplies (SMPS) include Power Electronics, Microelectronics, Electricity-Magnetism, Thermodynamics. As the heart of the power device SMPS have been widely spread. With the increasing depletion of energy, Green energy has become the subject of energy use, and it will also cause the power industry reform.In this paper, the analysis of the working principle of SMPS has been done by simulation the Buck circuit with PSpice. Then create the structure of the composition of the intelligent high-frequency soft switching power supply. With vertical division method, the SMPS is divided into three parts:Power circuit, Drive circuit and Control circuit, and then design these three parts one by one. Especially stress the designation of the soft-switching Active Power Factor Correction (APFC) circuit and the designation of the phase-shifted full-bridge zero voltage switching (ZVS) PWM circuit. At last gives the reference design of the calculation of the core devices and the selection of them. In this paper, I established the traditional digital PID control loop model based on Simulink to simulate the SMPS’s output characteristics of different loads and different input. The result reveals the limitations of traditional PID parameters. Eventually I adopt optimized control strategy-PID control with limited differential in advance. This paper analyses the simulation result of the same circuit environment, and demonstrate the feasibility and excellence of the algorithm through the comparison with the former simulation. In this paper, the program based on TMS320F2812micro-controller is accomplished with a top-down programming method. With RS485, Can, and SPI communication program the SMPS can easily trace the input wave form on line.In this paper, through the analysis and research on the Intelligent High-power soft-switching power supply, I design the hardware circuit and software program of new SMPS. Simulation results prove the feasibility of intelligent high frequency SMPS. At last provide some reference design for the new type of SMPS.
