The researching in switching power supply includes many technology field such as power electronics, auto control and so on. High frequency soft-switching conversion is an important subject of power electronics and switching power supply.Firstly, the principles of phase-shifted ZVS PWM full-bridge converter, auxiliary resonant circuit and saturation inductance are described and analyzed,based on which, the structure and parameters of the main circuit and the control circuit is designed in theory. In allusion to the shortage of current control system, two novel digital control systems are proposed and also analyzed in detail. In the meanwhile , PID controller is primely designed based on PSO-SA algorithm which combines SA algorithm that has good global optimization effect and PSO algorithm that has good local optimization effect, the control effect is perfect.Then the thesis researches on the relationship of frequency, power and efficiency of switching power supply and deeply discuss the factors which affect the frequency of power supply based on the method that how to get the maximal frequency. At the same time, the element model of the power supply system is set up using PSPICE and the function model is set up using MATLAB, the results of the simulations based on the two models are minutely analyzed. Finally, according to the simulations and the theory analysis, the experiments of power supply is done in order to verify the related researches. New problems appear in trial are also analyzed in detail.
