Anycast is a new internetwork service, and a new feature of IPv6. Just like unicast and multicast, it's a communication model for IP. With anycast service, a client can reach the most appropriate server, which is one of the servers that accept datagrams for the anycast address. This paper has introduced the characteristic and usage of IPv6 Anycast and analyzed the status of the research on IPv6 Anycast. After analyzing and summarizing the benefits and defects of these methodologies and researching the difficulties and possible methodologies toimplement IPv6 Anycast, it putting forward a optimized servings time-based Anycast Routing Protocol: birth protocol. The birth protocol indicate all the edge's direction in the network. In other way,it deliver a acyclic digraph.Actually this chart is the unite of all the trees which are rooted by every anycast member. It can combine the network link as soon as use more network path. Based on the transmission delay and servicing delay from the client to anycast server,it chooses the route with lowest delay as the best route. On the aspect of transmission delay, the process of route chart reflect the network transmission time,so it can get the least end-to-end delay from the router to destination.Base on this route to transmit the datagram can get the better QoS.On the aspect of servicing delay, with the least delay and load balance, it chooses the nearest router by the load of the Anycast servers and the time of delay interval of the link used to deliver the data packets.Compared the old design, the protocol take delay as the standard to choose server and route path. Also it considers the load of servers so the protocol can dynamically adapt the network topology change. And it use more network path so it can make the load balance more effective and promote the efficiency of anycast routing.
