Anycast is a new network service and a new feature of IPv6(Internet Protocol Version 6 for next generation network). Anycast has numerous potential applications, and is recognized as a useful service. The protocols and standards for anycast are under the discussion, but have not reached a consensus.Quality-of-Service (QoS) is highly desirable for current Internet routing services. Anycast QoS routing will find the path which connect to the "nearest" server in a group of servers that provides QoS service. The "nearest" metrics may be defined in terms of QoS end-to-end performance. Anycast routing could provide even more powerful routing service for applications. Little work has been reported on the research. In this paper, we make a profound study in the field of anycast service and according to various QoS parameters define anycast QoS routing model. Bandwidth is a key to the IP QoS, and a bandwidth constrainted routing algorithm presented in this paper can guarantee...
