Portable radar with light fast,easy to operate,real-time surveillance,large area of monitoring,detection distance,advantages of accurate location,all-weather and all day while you work,is an important and indispensable modern battlefield reconnaissance equipment.The two axis turntable servo system is an important part of radar,the stand or fall of its performance directly affects the dynamic performance of radar and the accuracy of measurement.To this end,the servo control system of the actual demand and project practice experience,to portable radar two axis turntable servo system as the research target,control technology to the research and design of them.This paper combined with the actual demand and use of the environment is put forward the technical requirement of two axis turntable servo system and the precision requirement,and then from control circuit,drive circuit and transmission structure scheme aspects this paper expounds the overall design scheme of the system.Then based on the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor and the traditional three closed-loop vector control technology research and analysis,put forward a kind of permanent magnet synchronous motor multi-sensor combination use of zero d shaft current full closed-loop vector control technology.Its main innovation lies in the more final installation position of sensor,used and full closed loop control of current,speed and position.System USES the current sensor,hall sensors,relative and absolute encoder.The current sensor to achieve current negative feedback.Hall sensor used for motor first starts,when motor starts,the relative type encoder began to work,at the same time,hall sensor and relative type encoder used to realize the permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor initial position detection,accelerate the initial position of motor rotor testing,relative type encoder used in the detection of motor speed,motor speed feedback.In traditional three closed-loop vector control is relatively type installed on the motor encoder,used in the detection of speed and position of the motor,motor speed and position feedback;This system directly control object is permanent magnet synchronous motor,but actually it is eventually to realize the control of the portable radar,and backlash and friction exist in the planetary gear reducer,etc.The influence of nonlinear and delay,seriously affecting the precision of the system.So the motor load,planetary gear reducer output shaft installation absolute encoder is used for to detect the position of the planetary gear reducer output shaft,realizes the position feedback.In the end,this article take the study of control strategy,design the hardware and software platform of two axis turntable,completed the entire product design.Product prototype by test certification,is now complete production,and put into operation.Test and practical operation effect shows that the design of the portable radar two axis turntable servo control system meet the design requirements,stable operation,and control effect is good.
