The three axis turntable servo system design and research is the main content in this paper. The control system mainly consists of module inverter, AC servo motor, photoelectric encoder. The servo control system’s core is the TMS320LF24O7DSP form TI company.the DSP event manager’s (EVA\EVB) pulse width modulation circuit PWM generator is used to control the motor,which makes the turntable to operation according to the given instruction, The DSP event manager’s (EVA\EVB) capture unit is used to read position and velocity signals of the turntable,it is brought by the photoelectric encoder, PC using graphic programming language LABVIEW to achieve turntable motion parameter set and receiving turntable real-time motion information, PC and DSP through the serial communication to control the motion of the three-axis turntable.The servo system design using the system three closed loop control strategy in this paper, and the position loop, current loop, speed loop adopt different kinds of control algorithm. The current loop using the integral separation PI algorithm, rate loop adopts the incomplete differential PID algorithm, and the position of the ring is put forward by using the PID parameter fuzzy control algorithm.The control system through a series of tests, the testing results show that the system hardware, software design reasonable and dynamic, static performance to meet the corresponding requirements. |
