Galvanometer-based laser marking system is a mainstream product of laser marking system. Its core is the control system. Galvanometer-based laser marking system's control mode has gone through"direct control from software"to"joint control from up-level and down-level machines", and then real-time processing, TDM multiplexing.Middle-or-high-grade laser marking machine mainly uses real-time processing, TDM multiplexing. Domestic manufacturers lag far behind the level of foreign manufacturers in the field of Middle-or-high-grade marking control card. My study has a good role and application prospects in increasing the design level of domestic galvanometer-based marking system.Marking speed and accuracy is the most important indicators of galvanometer-based marking systems. Graphics and images are the most important content of laser marking systems. Based on thorough research into galvanometer-base laser marking systems and the principles of indicating graphics and images, my study advances a real-time processing system design. The design makes full use of the high-speed PCI data transmission capability and high-speed DSP data processing capability, integrates with the DSP/BIOS Embedded operating system and finally achieves the design objectives of high-speed and high-quality marking systems.To achieve high-speed data transmission, my study designs high-speed data transmission channel; To improve the quality of graphic markings, my study designs a delay algorithm; To achieve high-quality grayscale image marking, my study realizes the halftone and grayscale method. The marking system designed according to my study can adapt various lasers. The speed and quality of marking is excellent. Finally, my study gives the testing results of speed, accuracy, delay algorithm and marking effectiveness. My study also compares the new system with traditional control system in terms of speed, accuracy and marker effectiveness. The associated products are in the process and will soon be on the market.
