Hematology analysis is one of the most common experimental methods in the clinical diagnose, which provides reliable basis for the physiological system disease. Nowadays, the principles of electrical impedance (Coulter Principle), light scattering and radio frequency are mainly employed by hematology analyzer (HA). However, these aren't able to instead of artificial review completely towards abnormal samples.The hematology analysis technology based on image recognition can not only overcome the shortcoming of other methods as well as improve the speed and accuracy of detection, but also reserve the original result, which is convenient to be reviewed and enrich the expert database. Accordingly, product development has significant meaning and broad market prospects.In this thesis, parts of the system construction are presented in details, including PC control software development and smearing experiment study.The visible control software is programmed with Visual Basic 6.0. It ensures all components runs following the scheduled movement chronology. Besides, parameter's status can be shown and adjust through the software. It meets the requirements in the actual experiment.An automatic smearing apparatus has been designed creatively, and an orthogonal experiment is designed coordinately. We pick out four among many factors to evaluate the influence of them in the smearing process: the angle (α), the speed (U), the pressure (F) and the blood volume (V). By quantitate the uniformity indicator of results, we evaluate the three values of each factor, and find out the best for engineering application. Asαequals 10°, U equals 5 mm/s, N equals 3.92N and V equals 4μL , the smearing result is the best, which meets the requirement.
