Application Software Development Of Operation Management System For Automatic Hematology Analyzer

It is important to upgrade and efficiently manage Hematology analyzer, one of the widely used devices in clinical tests, via computer and networking technology. Regarding the actual demands, the systematically design of communication interface, basic system software and the implementation of application software for the new operation management system are presented in this dissertation.Based on the popular hardware platform Android tablet, the management system application of hematology analyzer is developed to control and operate hematology analyzer. The management system is composed of the Android operation management module and the online operation management module. the Android operation management module offers the functions of HMI I/O, detecting scheme management, storing data, setting system parameters, managing information security management, searching and printing sample, etc. the online operation management module can operate multi-instruments in one laboratory at the same time, including uploading or storing testing results, daily maintaining and operating analyzer, analyzing quality control data. The SPI bus and Ethernet socket interface are used for communication between modules.First of all, the feasibility of applying Android the new OS into the medical industry and the current research status are discussed in this dissertation. After analyzing the system requirements and functions, the overall design of the operation management system is presented. And then, the design and implementation of communication system hardware, software and PC platform software are given in detail. The comprehensive tests have verified that the Android management system can achieve the relatively comprehensive management function of hematology analysis meter and the on-line operation and management software realizes the goal of instruments remotely operated.
