With the development of science and technology, especially the information technology, image processing technology is becoming an essential strong technology .In 1960's,the image transmitted from the moon was successively processed with the computer image processing technology in the field of astronautic field. By now ,it is applied in varied subject and field, such as large range meteorological trend in remote-sensing image processing, cartology, land prospect, agriculture ,investigation of forest resources, survey of ocean, etc . Another typical application is the medical engineering, such as micro-image processing ,hematology analysis and number, DNA analysis, etc . It gives a great contribute to promoting the health of humanity.The study has classified the hematology image with the image processing and recognition technology and applied a series of processing methods ,such as ,histogram enhancement, averaging filtering, morphological in image processing ,threshold segmentation, boundary subtracting and tracing, perceptron of artificial neural network etc. The study gets a nice effect.
