Recently,most positioning system of underground mining personnel only locate underground mining's personnel in the different operating sections and must largely increase the check-out substations in order to divide more operating sections within fine limits which increase the system's investment quickly and more difficult system's logical judgement where there are more errors.We should resolve the problem of the electromagnetic wave's effective transmission in the complex mine's laneway so that we can make scientific researches on the realization of positioning system of underground mining's personnel that can make real time tracking system locating the actual position of underground mining's personnel,which is the technology difficulty that this graduate topic will resolve emphatically.This graduate topic put forward the notion of the distance measurement of Radio Frequency time based on rising edges by comparing several kinds of the recent schemes of distance measurement of Radio Frequency and thinking of actual situation of the complex underground mine's laneway.And it designed and realized the basically perfect time difference measurement circuit of rising edges,which is based on the theoretical philosophy basic that there are not two same things totally in the world.In the laboratory,the experiment of time difference measurement circuit of rising edges showed that the smallest time unit measurement was 0.5nS to 2nS which can satisfy time precision of the practical distance measurement of Radio Frequency time based on rising edges and was computed by binary linear equation including two standard time differences.After making system research of the theory of electromagnetic wave modulation and demodulation,it designed and realized the basic circuit of changing electromagnetic wave to rising edge,which transforms the intermediate frequency signal resulting from ultra-high frequency signal by means of transition circuit into rising edge by voltage comparing circuit.The experiment indicated that the arrival time of rising edge resulted from ultra-high frequency by means of basic circuit above is not stable.But the unstable region of arrival time of rising edge was regular,which established the stable foundation for designing the method of combining stable region of arrival time of rising edge and would totally resolve the unstable problem of rising edge's arrival time.Finally,it designed the scheme of comrnunication between mine communication computer and secondary computers and the scheme of communication between secondary computer and movable RF cards based on area coverage,which can reduce data communication and increase the number of movable RF cards recognised in unit time.The scheme of secondary computer searching movable RF card referred to dynamic binary search algorithm.With further research of the problems above and the perfection and development of the technologies of all kinds,making research for improving more perfect schemes has the importantly actual significance for making the practical distance measuring equipment of Radio Frequency time based on rising edges that is the very core of positioning system of underground mining personnel and would make all relevant parts of the system develop largely.
