At present, China's coal production industry is still in mine accident-prone, low level of safety, particularly the small township coal mines and private coal mines, backward because of security equipment, security awareness is not strong, not to establish a comprehensive safety management system, the situation is more worrisome. Therefore, the development of a set of suitable conditions, for medium and small coal mine production safety needs of staff orientation and management system has become a hot coal industry, one of the issues of common concern.Paper on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology works, conflict prevention strategy and positioning system in mine workers in-depth studies and reliable applications. Main tasks are:1. according to underground coal mine environment and characteristics of RFID technology was designed based on RFID and CAN bus technology personnel mine shaft positioning system of the overall program.2.
