The oil recovery equipment is a most important machine to handle ocean oil spill. And the detection of the interfaces of oil, water and air are also very important in the control system of the oil recovery equipment. It not only requires that the sensor can detect two levels at the same time, but also needs a series of continuous results. This subject has actually done some researches of this kind of sensor technique. A single chip is used here to compose the intelligent multi-interface dynamic level sensor. At first, this thesis introduces the actuality of ocean oil spill and the methods to settle it, and the development of level sensor technique at home and abroad. Then it describes the main contents of this thesis. The main part of the thesis introduces the research process of this subject. First, by the study of the performance indexes of sensor, it gives out the requirement analysis. Then it introduces the design process of the principle of the sensor detection. This subject uses the method of sub-capacitor liquid level detection. Then it introduces the details of the design and making process. At last, it is the experiment and summarize of the sensor design. This subject contains three core contents. First, it is the analysis and the improvement of the principle of sub-capacitor liquid level detection, and the design of method to realize this principle. Second, it is method to detect the sub-capacitor, the phase difference detection of small capacitance. Last, it is the overall design of the sensor, and uses the above two techniques to design and test this kind of intelligent level sensor. The experiment and research is based on the technique of single chip, including the peripheral circuit and the C program design.
