The oil recovery equipment is one of the most important machine to handle ocean oil spill. The technique of oil-water interface examination has always been a critical and extremely complex problem during the recovery oil, especially in the aspect of sensor design. Because of the complexity of oil-water interface in the oil-water separation can, it is more difficult to achieve the ideal continuous interface variety position. In view of this problem, the author has made the bold improvement in the sensor design, and has introduced the single-chip computer control technology to the system, which constitutes the system of dynamic oil-water interface examination and control.Firstly, this disquisition has given the brief introduction of current ocean oil spill state and the main method of management to oil spill both at home and abroad from the view of the system engineering application. Then it has carried on the brief introduction to the background of the oil-water interface examination technology as well as the domestic and international developments, and has elaborated the major research content of the topic. Secondly, this disquisition introduced the three important parts of this topic in detail: sensor, examination circuit, display-alarm and control, after introducing the main frame of the topic. In the foundation of traditional capacitance sensor, a kind of sectional type capacitance sensor has been independently designed, which can carry out continuous examination for the dynamic oil-water interface. At the same time, a simple practical capacitance examination circuit has also been designed, which transforms the examined information into the identified signal in the single-chip computer, and then transmits the signal to display and alarm control system.
